Please read the following Customer Terms and Conditions carefully.
This is a contract between you (the customer) and us (Jinglin Packaging). It describes the services we will provide to you, how we will cooperate, and other aspects of our business relationship.
In this Privacy Policy, “Jinglin Packaging” and “we” refer to Jinglin Packaging Limited. “Website” refers to Jinglin Packaging’s website (including, but not limited to, www.Jinglin Packaging.com, app.Jinglin Packaging.com and any subsequent URLs, mobile or localized versions, and related domains and subdomains). “Products” refers to Jinglin Packaging’s products, applications, and services, regardless of their current or future form of availability.
1. Terms of Service
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you have reached the legal age of majority in your state or province, and that you consent to our permission for any of your minor dependents to use this website.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you use the Service in violation of any laws, rules, or regulations (including, but not limited to, copyright laws) in your jurisdiction. Violation of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access.
2. Definitions
“Account” refers to the service created electronically by a customer after completing the registration process, used to store customer information and documents related to their orders.
“Date of Arrival” refers to the date the order is delivered.
“Business Day” refers to Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
“Delivery Time” refers to the number of days required from the completion of production to the shipment of goods.
“Order” or “Order Acceptance” means that a customer declares their intention to purchase, which will directly result in payment for the order or the issuance of an invoice containing order details to the customer; orders can be submitted electronically via the website or email, provided that the order is processed between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM GMT+8 on business days.
“Person” means any individual, business, or company.
“Privacy Policy” refers to the document governing the protection and handling of the security of customers’ personal data; the Privacy Policy shall be attached to these Terms of Service and can be accessed at: https://www.jinglinpackaging.com/privacy-policy/.
“Products” refers to the products sold by the Seller in accordance with these Terms of Service.
“Sales Agreement” refers to the product sales agreement, i.e., the order and order acceptance of Jinglin Packaging; the sales agreement is entered into by the Seller and the Customer through the website’s sales system in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Service.
“Seller” refers to Jinglin Packaging, a limited liability company incorporated in the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with its registered office located at Room 201, Building A, Shengdelan Industrial Park, Longhua District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.
“Services” refers to all web-based applications, tools, and platforms that you have registered to use or that we otherwise provide to you, developed, operated, and maintained by us, and accessible via https://jinglinpackaging.com/ or other designated URLs.
“Terms of Service” refers to the standard terms and conditions for the provision and use of the website services as set forth in this document.
“You,” “your,” or “Customer” means the individual or entity that uses the Services and is identified as a Customer in applicable account records, invoices, or order records.
3. Products and Services
All products are manufactured to your customized specifications. You (the customer) are responsible for ensuring that the size, color, pattern, quantity, product style, and product type are correctly listed in your order. PackMojo is not responsible for any errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
We cannot guarantee that any colors, patterns, sizes, or functions displayed on your computer monitor are accurate.
4. Quotation, Payment, and Orders
Introduction
Quotations for all packaging, products, and services are valid for 14 days.
To accurately reflect market shipping costs, Jinglin Packaging reserves the right to provide new shipping quotes at any time until order confirmation.
Full payment must be made within 5 days of order confirmation. After 5 days, Jinglin Packaging reserves the right to re-quote the entire order.
Payment and Orders
Order payments must be made in full before production begins.
If production has not commenced within 30 days of order acceptance, Jinglin Packaging reserves the right to provide you with a new quote for this order to reflect differences in packaging and shipping costs (if any).
We strive to process all orders within 5 business days. Order processing time does not include delivery time. All estimated delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for any loss or cost incurred due to delayed delivery.
If the shipping address provided in the order is incorrect, Jinglin Packaging reserves the right to charge the customer any additional fees incurred for updating or correcting the address.
We adhere to a policy of continuous product development and reserve the right to modify any product specifications without prior notice, except for orders already submitted. Therefore, due to differences in various standard color systems (particularly the international screen color system RGB and the printing color system used by Jinglin Packaging), color variations may exist in the supplied products.
5. Right to Reject Orders
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to restrict the sale of our products or services to any geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any products or services we offer. All product or service descriptions or pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time. Any products or services offered on this website are invalid in jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law.
6. Quality
We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials you purchase or receive will meet your expectations or other requirements, nor do we guarantee that any errors in the service will be corrected in a timely manner or completely.
Jinglin Packaging cannot guarantee that the colors printed will accurately reflect the colors you see on your monitor or device.
7. Refunds and Returns
Refunds and Cancellations
If Jinglin Packaging has completed any work after accepting the order, including but not limited to: die-cutting line design, art design, art modifications, structural design, or sample making, a refund may be issued after deducting the cost of the work completed by Jinglin Packaging and the transaction fees incurred in the original order.
If Jinglin Packaging has not performed any work after accepting the order, a refund may be issued after deducting the transaction fees incurred in the original order.
We will not issue a refund if we do not receive any written response from you within 30 days from the date we last contacted you by email.
Returns and Exchanges
It is your responsibility to inspect and confirm the quality of all products immediately upon receipt. If you believe the product does not meet your quality standards, please contact us within 30 days of the arrival date. We require your full cooperation to investigate any quality issues, including providing sufficient information, photos, and videos as required by Jinglin Packaging. We will not provide replacements, refunds, or returns if we fail to receive sufficient information to conduct an investigation.
We reserve the discretion to decide whether to provide a refund or replacement for affected products. This decision will be made in accordance with our policies and procedures, and you will be notified promptly.
We will not offer any replacement, refund, or return services 30 days after the date of arrival. If we decide at our sole discretion to replace any product or refund your order payment, such replacement, refund, or credit will constitute our sole and exclusive liability for that order and your only remedy.
If you have any disputes regarding credit/debit card transactions, you agree that Jinglin Packaging may authorize third-party suppliers to handle and attempt to resolve such disputes on its behalf. This may include Jinglin Packaging providing the supplier with the following information: your name, address, email address, telephone number, and the first 6 and last 4 digits of your credit/debit card number. You agree that Jinglin Packaging may provide such information to third-party suppliers, and that these suppliers may further disclose this information to your credit/debit card company, issuing bank, and Jinglin Packaging’s payment processing company to resolve disputes. Jinglin Packaging will endeavor to ensure that third-party suppliers agree to keep such information confidential.
If you dispute a valid payment made to your credit/debit card by Jinglin Packaging, and your dispute is subsequently determined to be fraudulent, you agree to reimburse Jinglin Packaging for any costs incurred by Jinglin Packaging in resolving the dispute (including bank charges and attorney fees).
8. Address Change Fee
If the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is changed after the shipment of a sample or production order, or if the address is found to be incorrect or incomplete, we will charge an address change fee. The specific fee will be determined by our last-mile delivery partner and will be communicated to you when the address changes.
By placing an order with Jinglin Packaging, you acknowledge and agree that this fee will apply if the address changes, is incorrect, or is incomplete after shipment.
9. Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to limit or cancel the purchase quantity for each account or each order at our sole discretion. These limits may include orders using the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or the same billing address and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to contact you using the email address and/or billing address/phone number you provided when placing the order.
You agree to provide up-to-date, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on this website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit/debit card number, and expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when necessary.
10. Third-Party Links
Some content, products, and services offered through our services may contain material from third parties.
Third-party links on this website may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for reviewing or evaluating the content or accuracy of these websites, nor are we liable for any third-party material or website, or any other third-party material, product, or service.
We are not liable for any damage or loss arising from the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or other transactions on any third-party website. For complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products, please contact the third party directly.
11. Copyright, Use, and Content Submission
As a Jinglin Packaging account holder, you may submit content to the Jinglin Packaging website. Such content includes, but is not limited to: design drafts, sample requests, and quotation requests. You understand that PackMojo does not guarantee the confidentiality of any content you submit.
Content Ownership and Liability: All content you submit or create using the Jinglin Packaging platform belongs to you. However, by submitting content, you agree to grant Jinglin Packaging a royalty-free, licensable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive worldwide license to use, copy, modify, publish, list, edit, translate, publicly display all such content, as well as the user’s name, voice, and likeness, and to create derivative works thereof.
You hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that you will be solely responsible for the content you create and for the consequences arising from submitting and publishing such content on the Service. You represent, warrant, and warrant that you own or have obtained all licenses, rights, consents, and authorizations necessary for the publication of your submitted content; and you grant Jinglin Packaging all patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights to such content in accordance with these Terms of Service for publication on https://packmojo.com/.
It is particularly important to note that any unauthorized use of copyrighted material in your content (including copying, distribution, modification, adaptation, public display, public performance, creation of derivative works, provision to the public through the website, or other dissemination), regardless of whether it is subsequently determined to be unauthorized, may constitute an infringement of third-party rights and is strictly prohibited. Jinglin Packaging may post your “review” on the website. However, Jinglin Packaging will obtain your consent before doing so.

Jinglin Packaging is committed to building interactive relationships with users of its website and services. All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other content disclosed, submitted, or provided to Jinglin Packaging by users through this website belong to Jinglin Packaging. Users hereby transfer all property rights and interests to Jinglin Packaging, granting us unlimited use of any comments for commercial or other purposes. Furthermore, Jinglin Packaging has no obligation to: (1) maintain confidentiality regarding any comments; (2) pay any compensation to users for any comments; (3) respond to any user comments.

Except as otherwise provided by law, we have no obligation to update, modify, or clarify information on this Service or any related website, including but not limited to pricing information. In no event shall Jinglin Packaging be liable to you for any amount, regardless of the cause, exceeding the amount you paid to Jinglin Packaging for the products or services that gave rise to such liability.
16. Termination
All rights, obligations, and liabilities arising between the parties prior to the termination date shall remain in force and effect upon termination of the relationship between the parties or termination of any transaction completed through our website.
These Terms of Service shall remain in effect from the effective date until terminated by you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services or cease using our website.
If we unilaterally determine that you have failed to comply with, or we suspect that you have failed to comply with, any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may also terminate our relationship with you at any time without notice, and you shall remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the termination date; and/or we may therefore refuse you access to our services (or any part thereof).

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements between us and you regarding the provision of services or any products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
