Can I get an instant quote for my order?
Yes, our quotes are usually delivered within 10-30 minutes. After you upload the dimensions, material, and quantity of your packaging on the quote page, our customer service staff will reply to you immediately and calculate the price. If you can upload a design draft or other more accurate packaging information, the quote will be delivered even faster.
What packaging products can I order from Jinglin?
At Jinglin, we offer a wide variety of packaging boxes for you to choose from and customize. Our custom packaging boxes include hard boxes, mailing boxes, product boxes, and any high-end gift boxes. These boxes are available in both in-stock and custom sizes. These box styles are ideal for retail packaging or e-commerce shipping.
What if I’m designing in Adobe Illustrator?
Adobe Illustrator design files are no problem for us; we accept both PDF and PNG files. Even if you only have a vague idea, our design department can help you turn it into reality.
Can you print inside the boxes?
Yes! We can print on the inside of all products, whether you choose single-sided or double-sided printing, Jinglin can provide the services.
What is the turnaround time on my order?
The standard lead time for most custom packaging orders is approximately 10 business days, while expedited orders have a lead time of 7 business days. These lead times do not include shipping time. Special customization or bulk orders may require an additional few days.
What happens after I place my order? Do I get a proof before printing?
After you place your order, our design team will review your artwork to ensure it meets our printing standards. We will then send you a digital proof of your box design for your approval within 24-48 business hours. Once you approve the proof, we will begin production.
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs, including express delivery, fast and slow shipping, air freight and other transportation services.. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination.
